Processing Time
Once you place an order, we need a short time to prepare your item for shipment.
- Maximum processing time: 2 business days from the date your order is placed
- Most orders are processed even faster, but we guarantee processing within 2 business days
Processing includes order verification, quality checks, secure packaging, and handing your package to the shipping carrier.
Shipping Carriers
The carrier we use depends on the size and weight of your item:
- For small items (notebooks, small accessories, etc.) → FedEx, USPS, UPS (standard parcel carriers)
- For large/heavy items (sheds, riding mowers, generators, BBQ equipment, pergolas, etc.) → Freight carriers / LTL (Less Than Truckload) such as FedEx Freight, UPS Freight, or regional freight partners
For large items, we automatically select the carrier that offers the safest and most efficient delivery for your specific address.
Delivery Time
After your order has been processed and handed over to the carrier:
- Estimated delivery time: 5 to 7 business days
This timeframe begins once the carrier receives your package, not from the order date.
Total Time from Order to Delivery
- Minimum total time: 2 (processing) + 5 (delivery) = 7 business days
- Maximum total time: 2 (processing) + 7 (delivery) = 9 business days
In many cases, delivery happens sooner than estimated.
Note for large items: Freight delivery to remote or rural areas may take slightly longer.

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders shipped to addresses within the United States (including the contiguous 48 states, Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories where carriers deliver).

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:
- A unique tracking number (or Pro Number for freight shipments)
- A direct link to the carrier’s tracking page
- Real-time updates on your package location
You can track your order from our warehouse to your doorstep.
For freight shipments (large items): The carrier may take 24-48 hours to update tracking. This is normal.
If you do not receive a tracking email within the expected timeframe (same day if ordered before 7 PM, or next morning if ordered after 7 PM), please check your spam folder. If still not found, contact us immediately.
Delivery Process for Different Product Types
Small Items (Notebooks, etc.)
- Delivered via FedEx, USPS, or UPS
- Delivery to your mailbox, front door, or porch
- No appointment needed
Large/Heavy Items (Sheds, Riding Mowers, Generators, BBQ, Pergolas, etc.)
- Delivered via freight carrier
- Curbside delivery (standard) – driver delivers to the end of your driveway or curb
- You are responsible for moving the item from the curb to your desired location
- You may need assistance (large items can be very heavy)
- Delivery appointment – The carrier will call you to schedule a delivery window
- Lift gate service – Available upon request (additional fees may apply)
Inspection Upon Delivery – VERY IMPORTANT for Large Items
When your large item arrives:
- Inspect the packaging thoroughly BEFORE signing anything
- Look for visible damage: crushed boxes, torn wrapping, bent corners
- Note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing
- Take photos of any damage (package and product)
- If damage is severe, you may refuse the delivery and contact us immediately
If you sign for delivery without noting damage, filing a damage claim becomes very difficult. We strongly recommend inspecting before signing.
Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
We highly recommend you double-check:
- Street number and name
- Apartment, suite, or unit number (if applicable)
- For rural addresses: clear instructions for delivery
- City, state, and ZIP code
- Phone number (carrier may call to schedule delivery for large items)
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you:
- You will be responsible for any additional shipping charges to resend the item
- Refunds will be subject to our return policy (including restocking fee for large items)
If you realize you made a mistake in your shipping address, contact us immediately at support@notebookse.shop. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we can correct it at no charge.
Order Modifications and Cancellations
- You may request to modify or cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it
- After 2 hours, if the order has not yet been dispatched, we may still be able to help – please contact us immediately
- Once dispatched, modifications are no longer possible, and you will need to follow our Refund and Returns Policy
Lost or Damaged Packages
Lost Packages
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your order:
- Check with neighbors or others at your address
- Wait 2 business days (carriers sometimes mark delivered early)
- Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
- If still not found, email us at support@notebookse.shop
We will work with the carrier to locate your package. If the package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement (your choice).
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives with visible damage:
- Do not discard the original packaging or the item
- Take clear photos showing the damage (box and product)
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@notebookse.shop
We will resolve the issue quickly, as outlined in our Refund and Returns Policy.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship only to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
For large items (sheds, mowers, generators, BBQ, pergolas):
- Some remote or rural areas may have limited delivery options – contact us before ordering
- We cannot ship to PO Boxes via freight carriers (USPS may be used for small items)

Our shipping and customer support teams operate during:
Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 19:00 PM (USA Time)
- Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are processed on the next business day (Monday)
- Tracking for weekend orders placed before 7 PM on Friday will be provided same-day Friday
- Tracking for weekend orders placed after 7 PM on Friday, or anytime Saturday/Sunday, will be provided Monday morning
